Operation Christmas Child Box Collection

Buy a box

Collect a brochure and a box (50 cents) from the church:

Church Office - Wednesday – Friday 9am to 2pm

Sundays from the Coffee Cart

OR

Find a shoebox at home that fits the dimensions printed on the brochure, around A4 size, and cover the box and lid separately.

· Download a brochure from the website to get labels.

· Choose a Girl or Boy and age

· Fill the box (see below for checklist)

· Include envelope with $10 postage for each shoe box of Pay online at www.samaritanspurse.org.au

BOX CHECKLIST Each box needs:

Exercise book

Eraser

Carry bag

Pencil Case

Pencil Sharpener

Soft toy

Lead Pencils

Comb

1 item of clothing

Colour pencils/Crayons

Toothbrushes

Pens

Soap wrapped in face washer

1 toy –   car, skipping rope, ball, marbles,   etc.

Something   special – sunglasses, jewellery, stickers, harmonica, hair accessories

PLEASE REMOVE ALL PACKAGING and place 2 strong rubber bands around the box after labelling.

BOX COLLECTION

Your box will need to be dropped off to the Church during one of the times below.

Sundays – to the Info Desk

Church Office – Wed 12th – Friday 14th October between 9am and 2pm.

There will be a time of dedicating the boxes on Sunday 16th October
