Nita Finger calls NVBC her church home and is currently serving in Moroto, Uganda.
Previously, NVBC has provided Nita and the Team some individual players containing the New Testament in the Ngakarimjong language.  We have stories to share of how they are impacting villages… watch this space. The Old Testament is now available, so Nita would like to provide this to local communities on players large enough to be used in groups. 
 
These players can be purchased for $75 and will be given to communities where there are believers gathering but they don't have someone who can read, or read well enough to read out loud for the group. Training will be provided in how to care for them and how to use them in a church service or Bible study, so that they listen to a portion and then teach from that portion or do a Discovery Bible Study, rather than just playing it over and over.  Nita can readily place 10 of these in communities.
 
Nita writes, "We are also thinking that we would need to buy some kind of protective box for them to be stored in to preserve them longer. And if there were remaining funds, we could use them to purchase the micro SD cards that can be used in mobile phones or portable speakers that have micro SD card slots”… and more individual players at $35 each.
