  • The purpose of this form is to ensure that the Sound, Audio Visual and Lighting requirements of NVBC ministries are best accommodated for. Please take the time to fill out the form below in as much detail as you can in regards to your ministries technical requirements.

  • Fields marked with a ( * ) are compulsory and must be filled out before the request form can be submitted.

  • NOTICE: Any ministry requiring Sound, Audio Visual or Lighting requirements provided by NVBC MUST give a minimum of 7 days notice via this online request form or by directly contacting Dave Sproule.
