Child Protection Policy

Our church requires anyone who is seeking to be involved with children and young people or ministry leadership positions in this church to complete the Ministry Application Form, the Volunteer/Student Declaration or Application Declaration/Consent Form (for paid staff positions). This acts as a safeguard for both the ministry participant and for you.

For those who have not yet worked with children/youth, please get the

Child Protection Policy Kit  (including handout and all forms)

If you need only one or two documents to update your screening, choose any of the following:

Abuse Awareness Handout
Ministry Application Form
 Volunteer/Student Declaration Form
 Application Declaration and Consent Form
 Leadership Covenant
 Driver Information Form

The completed forms should be returned to Maureen Sproule, c/- Narara Valley Baptist Church two weeks prior to working with children/youth in any ministry, or as a ministry/church leader at NVBC.
